Jeff the Land Shark, created by Superior MODOK, became a mainstay of Marvel Comics, being introduced as a constant companion to the likes of Gwenpool and Kate Bishop. While it is not known when the character will become a part of the MCU, it is expected that it will be sooner rather than later.

Brad Winderbaum is sure that Jeff the Land Shark ‘is coming’

Jeff the Land Shark, thanks toMarvel Rivalshas become an overnight sensation, and it only stands to reason that the character is going to show up in the MCU sooner or later. This is a sentiment that was echoed byBrad Winderbaum, the TV Head of Marvel, who spoke toBrandon Davis. Jeff the Land Shark has been mostly associated with Gwenpool, who has been trading the character off to other titles in Marvel Comics, knowing that her own series keeps getting canceled (given that she is aware of her existence as a comic book character). This has caused the character to end up in the care of the likes of Wade Wilson, Elsa Bloodstone, and Kate Bishop.

Jeff the Land Shark can make an appearance in the next Deadpool film

Deadpool seems to be the perfect fit to debut Jeff the Land Shark, given that introducing the character anywhere else might just detract from the story that they are trying to tell. Deadpool is just the right type of zany and craked character that would gel well with the introduction of Jeff.
