How to Start Fang Yao’s Quest
Players can first find Fang Yao in Cloudspire Cityafter lowering the bridge. She isfound behind a closed door near the staircase that leads to the Cloudspire City shrine. The door is guarded by a troll-like enemy that shoots Despair skulls toward the player, so ensure to defeat this enemy first.
To speak to Fang Yao, approach the door and select the speak option. She is obviously very afraid to come out and will ask you to find evidence of a loved one she hasn’t seen in a while. The item you need to find for Fang Yao is theShu Silk Scarf.

How to Get the Shu Silk Scarf
To get the Shu Silk Scarf in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, players must first reachHillswatch. Players reach this afterdefeating Commander Honglan, getting the Revenant Temple key, and progressing through the tunnels.
Once you reach the Hillswatch shrine, go to the top of the hill, and continue past the houses. As you continue, you’ll find a path on the left-hand side that leads to asmall tombstone that has a blue glowing light.

Meet Fang Yao at Shaft Entrance
When you arrive at Shaft Entrance, a location you’ll reach afterbeating Mistress of the Night, you can find Fang Yaositting right next to the Shaft Entrance shrine. Speak to her to get some new information and continue her quest.
Fang Yao will mention her sister and a little song that they used to sing together. To continue Fang Yao’s quest, we must defeat the next main boss of the game, the Perfect Bride, who turns out to be Fang Yao’s sister.

After defeating the Perfect Bride boss in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers,enter the dreamat the shrine in the boss arena to reset the area. After entering the dream, you canfind Fang Yao sitting on the ground near the Wedding Hall Shrine. Go up to her and exhaust her dialogue.
