As you progress through Act 2 inPath of Exile 2, you will eventually collect two mysterious Relics. These Relics don’t come with any instructions about what to do with them and cannot be removed from your inventory.

Where to Get the Relics in Act 2
The Relics in Act 2 are part of the Ancient Vows side quest, which begins when you find one of the two Relics. The Relics are random drops from enemies that only be found in two areas in Path of Exile 2: Keth and the Bone Pits.
Keth can be accessed via the Map, and the Bone Pits can be found while exploring the Mastodon Badlands.
You will find theKabala Clan Relicin Keth and theSun Clan Relicin the Bone Pits. Due to the hectic nature of the enemy interactions in PoE2, it is difficult to say what particular enemies drop the Relics, but you are guaranteed to come across them at some point in those two locations.

Give yourself a fresh start.
There is nothing special you need to do to collect the Relics. Simply visit both of those locations and defeat enemies there.
Keep an eye out on the ground for the Relics, and make sure to pick them up when you see them to avoid having to find them all over again.
Since they are random drops, there is no telling how long exactly it will take you to find them. It could take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or even more, but you should have them in your inventory by the time you have cleared the areas. If not, give them another sweep.
What to Do With the Relics in Act 2
Once you have your hands on both Relics, your next step is to find your way to the Valley of the Titans.
The Valley of the Titans can be accessed via the Desert Map on the Ardura Caravan once you have defeated Azarian, the Forsaken Son, in Keth.
If you completed all your missions in Keth while finding the Kabala Clan Relic, you will have already done this and can head straight to The Valley of the Titans.

There is much to explore in the Valley of the Titans, but the area you are looking for should be near the Waypoint.
There, you will find a large Titan statue at the top of a small set of stairs. SelectMedallion, and open your inventory. Select both Relics and place them in their slots to complete the Ancient Vows quest and accept your reward.
What Do You Get For Completing the Ancient Vows Quest?
Both Relics offer different rewards for completing the Ancient Vows quest. You cannot, however, have both. You must choose what reward you want, and the buff will be applied to your character.
