Elden Ringhas surely been one of the most trending unreleased games recently. The game was first shown at Microsoft’s E3 press conference back in 2019 and since then, there has been nothing official about it so far. That being said, some trustworthy leakersrecently hinted at an upcoming trailer of the game later in March 2021. Apparently, an off-screen and early version of theElden Ringgameplay has been leaked somehow and is now circulating on the internet. But, does it really exist?

Jason Schreier, the former Kotaku reporter, confirmed that he has seen the off-screen trailer of Elden Ring, but he suggests waiting for the official one as the leaked version is so blurry. On the other hand, Jeff Grubb, GamesBeat reporter, believes that the leaked trailer does not have anything new other than the footage that has been shown in 2019 at Microsoft’s E3 event.

Apparently, the trailer shows off some combat scenes on a horse, which confirms that the game will feature a deep and expansive combat system compared to the previous From Software titles. There’s a second clip that showcases a fight against a giant dragon.

Currently, the Elden Ring community on most of the social media platforms is getting misleading and false information around the new trailer. As an example, a lot of people have already uploaded a Mortal Shell gameplay trailer and labeled it as anElden Ringtrailer onReddit. Just be aware of the fake images and trailers and make sure to mute theElden Ringphrase on your social media accounts for a few days if you want to avoid hearing any spoilers or unofficial details from the game.

Previously, it was believed that the newElden Ringgameplay would be streamed onone of the upcoming Microsoft events, but the marketing manager of Xbox officially rejected it. If the leaked Elden Ring gameplay trailer makes its way to the populated social media channels anytime soon, then we might get the official version from Bandai Namco and From Software sooner rather than later. There has been no rumor on the game’s release date so far.
