Sledgehammer Games has recently announced in a company-wide town hall that the teams working out of California will soon shift to smaller office spaces. The studio also announced the roadmap for the futureCall of Dutytitles for the next three titles and the three studios that will work on them.

Sledgehammer Games Moving Out of California Offices
As per an Insider-Gamingreport, a recent town hall meeting was held company-wide last week to announce Sledgehammer Games employees working out of the main office in California will move to smaller office space soon. There was no tentative date revealed in the report but it was stated that the employees have been asked to work from home for the remainder of the year.
Just last month, Activision made it mandatory for the QA team to work from their offices in Austin, Minneapolis, and El Segundo for five days a week, despite multiple employees of the QA team requesting to stick to working from home.

Unnamed employees at Activision were reported to have called Sledgehammer’s move a “slap in the face” of Activision. Also after the announcement, the ABK Workers Alliance released a statement that the Sledgehammer announcement further proves Activision could grant the same for the QA employees who have requested for the same but the studio is choosing not to.
