The report goes into the current situation at Warner Bros. Discovery, where CEO David Zaslavis considering selling off some assets following the company’s recent stock drop.
AT&T originally intended to sell Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for $4 billion. However, the deal was scrapped because the gaming division was deemed too valuable.
Zaslav was then assigned the task of offloading the gaming side of the company. But, he ultimately chose to keep it within the fold.
