To achieve these high-end settings, playerswill need some really powerful hardware. For 1440p resolution at high graphics preset and 60fps, a GPU like the RTX 3080, RTX 4070, or AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT is necessary.

For 4K resolution and 60fps, a CPU such as the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D or Intel Core i7-12700K, paired with a GPU like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 or AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX, is required. These demandingStar Wars Outlawsspecs are making fans worry if their setups can handle it.

Hence, everyone’s wondering why it would require such high-end hardware for a decent experience. The blame would fall upon poor optimization.

Ubisoft’s Troubled Optimization History

This has also led to concerns aboutwhether the game will be polished at launch. Ubisoft’s track record with optimization issues isn’t helping ease these worries. Gamers are already speculating that even modern consoles like the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X might struggle to run the game even at 1440p, 60fps.

Fans are also hoping for a 60fps mode which is yet to be confirmed, and is something that’s essential for a smooth gaming experience. Given Ubisoft’s history with games like Massive Studio’sAvatar: Frontiers of Pandora, which included a 60fps mode, there is some hope thatStar Wars Outlawsmight offer a similar option.
