The Twisted Realm is a special Domain part of the Energy Amplifier event inGenshin Impact, you’ll need to clear it with a high score to earn Primogems and rewards, here are some of the most useful tips to keep in mind if you haven’t tried out the event yet.
What’s the Twisted Realm inGenshin Impact?
If you remember the Hypostatic Symphony event, this is basically the same type of event. It’s a Domain where you set the difficulty yourself, by enabling or disabling various challenges, such as Stamina decrease, HP boost for the enemies, a time limit, etc. All of this is explained in-game.
If you’re unsure of the Twisted Realm’s location and how to access it, just open the event menu, you’re able to teleport to it. As of May 1, only the first stage is unlocked, where we fight various Geovishaps.

Farm the Energy Amplifier and equip your Irminsul Fragments
Before trying out the Twisted Realm, you should clear all the Place of Interest currently available. To get as many Irminsul Fruit Fragments as you can. Then, equip the Fragments on the Energy Amplifier. Choose the Fragments that work well with your team comp and builds. Again, all of this is explained in-game. You should read theofficial guidepublished by miHoYo as well.
Genshin ImpactTwisted Realm - Choose your challenges wisely
Whether you enable or disable some of the challenges all depends on what kind of build you’re using. There are obvious choices, like enabling Pyro and Electro RES boosts if you’re not using Pyro or Electro characters, etc. Don’t forget that unlike the Spiral Abyss, you can actually eat food in the Twisted Realm.
Be careful of the Geo core explosions
These drop whenever you kill a Geovishap, and they actually deal massive damage. You’ll always be better off running away rather than trying to tank it.
Keep in mind you only need 5000 points per stage
The Twisted Realm Event will have four stages in total. You need 20,000 accumulated points across all stages to unlock all the rewards. Going further than that is only for fun and challenging yourself.
Genshin Impactjust launched its 1.5 update,Beneath the Light of Jadeite, releasing aHousing system. The game also got a native PS5 version now, alongside PS4, PC, iOS, and Android.
