During a recent interview withLADbible Entertainment, Chalamet joined hisA Complete Unknownco-star Edward Norton, who recounted a remarkable story about saving his friend and fellow actor from a life-threatening situation.

Norton and DiCaprio are known to be good friends and share a mutual passion for environmental advocacy. During the interview, Norton recounted the time when he saved theInceptionstar while scuba diving in the Galápagos.
“He ran out of air,”Norton explained, adding that he provided DiCaprio with access to his reserve oxygen supply.“No, no, you have a reserve,”he reiterated after Chalamet jokingly asked,“So, did you go mouth to mouth?”

I saw him heading off and down and I knew that wasn’t a good thing. So, I followed him because I thought to myself, he’s chasing these things, he’s finning himself hard and he’s gonna run out of air – and he did.
However, Norton also admitted that the story about him saving DiCaprio has been somewhat exaggerated.“He was alright. If he’d had to go up, he would have been alright,”Norton clarified, adding with a laugh that he sometimes leaves out those details to make himself sound more like a hero.
