Yeah…Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnesswas a weird experience. Not only because of Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda turning full psycho, but also because the film was directed by Sam Raimi (and that too with his horror elements).

Although it was a great film, it was also a weird experience for an MCU film to take on some horror elements and then go about its normal way. However, Disney could have saved $350 million if Doctor Strange and Wanda had been just a little smarter.
How To Save $350M While Making a Movie?
The simplest answer to this question is not to make the movie at all. However, if you are making a movie, make sure to block all the plot holes lest someone may fall into them.
Well, that is what happened with the MCU’sDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnessas Wanda Maximoff andBenedict Cumberbatch’sDoctor Strange get entangled in the Multiverse. However, during this game of cat and mouse, what the two characters forget is a very important part.

“We thought we were being so smart”: Kevin Feige Had Regrets After Casting Tilda Swinton in Doctor Strange Instead of an Asian Actor
Being a part of the Avengers, it is reasonable to assume that Stephen Strange and Wanda Maximoff are pretty smart (with Stephen being a literal doctor). So, it would have made sense for both the characters to talk and sort their problems outinstead of going on this elaborate path of destruction.
Don’t Move Teaser: Sam Raimi is Back to His Roots after Doctor Strange 2 Debacle
After the destruction is done and the Illuminati are left dead, a skit on Instagram seems to solve the issue of Maximoff vs Strange in a matter of few seconds. The plot hole… is quite big in this one.
How Doctor Strange 2 Could Have Ended
The gist of the entire film is thatElizabeth Olsen’sScarlet Witch is looking for a multiverse where she can be with her children. Scarlet Witch plans to use America Chavez to transport her to a multiverse where her kids are real and kill her doppelganger from that universe.
Taking toInstagram, a skit narrated the chain of events that could have happened instead of what went down in the film. Surprisingly, things could have been easily sorted if they had used a little bit more of their brain.

In the skit, Doctor Strange recommends Wanda to use the help of America Chavez to travel to a Multiverse where her kids are alive. Not only that, but a multiverse where her doppelganger has died, so Wanda Maximoff wouldn’t have the need to kill anyone.
Strange also tells the Scarlet Witch to train America Chavez in the process since parenting is not an easy task. The skit states that Wanda Maximoff could learn parenting by teaching Chavez and then with her help, reach the multiverse where she could be reunited with her kids. Well, that’s one way to save $350 million.

Jokes aside,Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnessreceived a rating of 6.9/10 on IMDb and an average of 74% on Rotten Tomatoes.
The iconic film is available to stream on Disney+ in the U.S.
