The anime follows the story of a young man named Shiina Kazuya, who gets stabbed by a thug after trying to protect his friend. Instead of dying, this resulted in him waking up in the magical world with the body of a 3-year-old aristocrat named Cain von Silford. Cain von Silford is the third son of the noble family Von Silford. It was revealed that he was locked into the world of swords and magic by seven gods, and they gifted him with magical powers that he needed to keep secret from everyone around him.

The gods selected Kazuya to help improve the fantasy world using the previous knowledge from his past life. Unknown to him, he was selected as the Apostle who needed to protect the fantasy world from a powerful evil deity. Watch the anime as the series unfolds his abilities trying to control his powers which will come in handy when the right time comes as he faces his inevitable destiny.

The anime is a collaboration between Japanese studios EMT Squared and Magic Bus, who previously produced the anime Shoot! Goal to the Future, which aired last year. The Aristocrat’s Otherworldly Adventure: Serving Gods Who Go Too Far is based on the light novel series of the same name that was written by Yashu. The anime adaptation will be directed by Noriyuki Nakamura with Ayumu Hatori as head of the production team.
