This has led to many projects that wouldn’t have made sense in a more producer-driven structure being greenlit, and this hasn’t sat well with some, who are only synonymous with the MCU way.

With Creature Commandos launching the DCU on a high note, it’s safe to assume the decision to prioritize this director would only contribute to more revered movies and shows.
