Although it was released after Insomniac’s Spider-Man, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales follows a standalone story that is unrelated to the original game. Miles Morales takes place between Insomniac’s previousSpider-Mangame, with Miles struggling to uphold his identity as the friendly neighbourhood superhero against villains like Tinkerer and Prowler. As a spin-off to the main series, it has a unique theme set around Christmas time in New York.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales was first released for PlayStation back in 2020. The award-winning action game tells the story of teenager Miles Morales, inspired by Peter Parker to take charge of power despite his adolescence. Moreover, Miles has unique abilities compared to Peter Parker, such as bio-electric attacks, allowing him to create long-running combos. He can also lurk around and unleash his inner detective thanks to his cover camouflage power.
