Jake Schreier has a mixed record when it comes to the films that he has made

Jake Schreier has directed films likeRobot & Frank, which has resulted in a lot of critical acclaim for the director. Thunderbolts*were also ordered to go through some reshoots, which has always been billed to the audience as standard practice. However, there is a precedent for reshot films not having the best track record. Jake Schreier might deliver something that the MCU desperately needs, or fail to impress fans or critics, which would just be another nail in the MCU’s coffin.

Thunderbolts* hits theatres on June 04, 2025.
