Destroying blue medallions is the most reoccurring request to be completed inResident Evil 4 Remake. At a total of six, two appear in each of the three locations the game takes palace in and are a very easy way to obtain Spinels to trade to the merchant for unique rewards.

Nearing the end of the game, you’ll quickly see if your gear is up to level with the enemies you’re facing or if you’re in desperate need of some changes. At this point, you’ll be nearing the end of the game, but you’ll always have some time to spare to obtain a few more Spinels to get that last trade-in before you proceed to the final area of the game. This request will have you go back the way you just came and find and destroy five blue medallions in the Cliffside Ruins.

Blue Medallion 1
The first medallion is found directly above the location where you received the request. As you run back towards the ruins,turn to look towards the upper section of the buildingto see the medallionhanging within the steeple at the top. This is one of the longer shots for a medallion and may require you touse a rifle to save handgun ammo.
Blue Medallion 2
The next blue medallion is found along the path heading back toward the Cliffside Ruins. Heading back from where you got the request,look on the right side of the path to the church ruinsto find the next medallionhanging around the first section of scaffolding.
Blue Medallion 3
Heading back to the Cliffside Ruins, head inside the church, but don’t head down the ladder yet.Go around the ladder to the left side to see the area hidden behind one of the pillars, finding the next medallion hidden along the wall.

Blue Medallion 4
Now, head down the ladder into the lower section of the Cliffside Ruins. Follow the path to thearea where the wall has been destroyed, and you can see the ocean. Looking along the far right window that has been destroyed,find the right angle to see past it to the rocks below, with the blue medallion hanging among them.
Blue Medallion 5
The final blue medallion is found deeper in the lower area of the Cliffside Ruins.Continue to head further inand look towards the roof for the last medallionhanging from a partially destroyed archway right above the path.While this medallion can also be shot from the upper area, it is recommended you come down to get it as directly past this medallion is a chestwith the Royal Scepter treasure,which can be sold for 25,000 Pesetas.
