Dune: Part Two’s star-studded cast has left Rebecca Ferguson terrified of her co-stars, especially the legendary Christopher Walken. Known for his work on 1978’sThe Deer Hunter, 1993’sTrue Romance, and 2002’sCatch Me If You Can, Walken’s career in Hollywood spanned seven decades.

Ferguson plays Lady Jessica while Walken portrays Emperor Shaddam IV inDune: Part Two, and as the Swedish actress confessed in an interview, she tried to avoid the actor on the set.

During their appearance on BBC’sThe One Show, co-starsRebecca FergusonandFlorence Pughtalked about working on the set ofDune: Part Twoand their experience acting alongsideChristopher Walken. Pugh, who plays the daughter of Emperor Shaddam IV, confessed:
“I think, first of all, it’s a privilege to be on that film set anyway, just the sheer amount of talent of the cast and crew, it makes you want to do your best every single day regardless.”

In the same interview, Pugh called Walken her “daddy” and admitted she has always admired his talent since she was a child.
“And then, of course, I get to work with this legend who I have looked up to since I was tiny. I think you’re just in that really special situation where you just absorb everything you’re able to every single day.”

Ferguson, on the other hand, asked her co-star if she ever felt terrified working with Walken. The 40-year-old actress admitted feeling intimidated every time she saw the actor on the set ofDune.
“Were you scared of approaching him? Because I was terrified. I just sat on my throne, and every time I felt him look…”

Pugh reasoned that she needed to pull herself together as soon as possible as she shared a lot of scenes with Walken.
