What Else is in the Ready or Not DLC #2?
For players afraid of the dark,VOID Interactive is reworking how night vision goggles lookto make them closer to the real thing.
The GPNVG, famous for its iconic quad-tube setup, will now have a wider field of vision. The tube outlines also change based on your movements, simulating how the goggles dangle in front of your eyes.

The most noticeable practical effect here is that you can no longeraim down your sightswith goggles unless you are using holographic optics that are compatible with NVGs.
The workaround here is to cant the weapon and aim down the barrel’s length, or use an IR pointer when available.
The suspects are going to become more dangerous thanks to new loadout options. The bad guys will start using flashlights and swap to secondary weapons at will, so think twice before peeking that corner if they run dry on the primary.
In addition to becoming better with their ownweapons, suspects are also learningsquad behavior. The implementation showcased on the devlog looks pretty basic but is enough to make encounters hairier.
Suspects can rally together to concentrate firepower on an incoming operator or have one of them provide covering fire to allow their buddy to get to safety.
