What Is Shuffle Time
Shuffle Time willhappen randomly at the end of battle.Various cards will appear on the screen, and the player will be able to choose which reward they want.Only one card can be selectedfor each Shuffle Time, and each Shuffle Time will have a random chance of which cards spawn and how many there are to choose from. The cards from Shuffle Time are alsodetermined by the level of enemies defeated.As players progress through Tartarus, they will begin seeing upgraded versions of each card. Depending on thenumber of objects that appear on the card, the higher the results of the bonus,such as more money being rewarded by a card that has multiple coins.
How To Get Shuffle Time
Shuffle Time will happen randomly when players defeat all enemies in combat. The chances of Shuffle Time happening willincrease as players hit the enemies weaknesses or do an All-Out Attack.While not guaranteed, ending a battle on an All-Out Attack willgreatly increase the chances of getting a Shuffle Time.Hitting weaknesses will increase the chances for Shuffle Time, but it is less reliable than an All-Out Attack. It ispossible to get a Shuffle Time when not hitting any weaknesses,but the chances are much lower.

Major Arcana Cards & Arcana Burst
Some Shuffle Times will have thechance to spawn Major Arcana cards,such as the Magician or Priestess. Selecting one of these cards will offer abonus effect for the remainder of that trip to Tartarus,such as increasing XP for every battle. Along the bottom left of the Shuffle Time screen will be slots for Major Arcana cards. Filling each slot will continue to give players those effects while also giving them an Arcana Burst.
As players complete major boss fights in the story,new Major Arcana cards can be unlocked and will begin to spawnin future Shuffle Times. As more Major Arcana cards are unlocked,more will needed to get an Arcana Burst.
An Arcana Burst will haveall cards during Shuffle Time will be a higher rankfor the remainder of that trip to Tartarus. All of these bonuses will add up, making selecting Major Acana cards always the best choice for those looking to stay in Tartarus for a while. While long trips to Tartarus can be draining,Twilight Fragmentscan be used to restore HP and SPwhen needed to further utilize these bonus perks.
