WHERE TO PLAY
Lover’s Weakness & Abilities
A growing trend in theFull Moon bossfights is that these enemieswon’t have any weaknesses to capitalize on.This bossblocks fire, electric, and pierce damage, while the rest offer just regular damage. This bossheavily focuses on status ailments, with its biggest advantage being charming your party. While it may not seem as bad at first, mist will cover the battlefield after enough damage is taken, which will only increase your chances of being charmed.

How To Beat The Lover’s Shadow
Yukari, being a mandatory party member in this fight, is for the best. Mitsuru is another powerful choice, with the final slot being up to you between Akihiko and Junpei for dealing damage. It is also best tofuse a Persona for the Protagonist that has Patraand make sureYukari still has this skill,as they will be a necessity to win.
Mitsuru is helpful as she canuse Rakunda to lower the boss' defensewhile also increasing her Theurgy energy. If you brought Akihiko,Tarunda should also always be used to keep the boss from doing too much damagein the event multiple party members are charmed. As for the Protagonist and Yukari, they will be on Charm control.

This boss will constantly be charming your party, and when this happens, be sure tocure it as soon as possible with Patra. If multiple party members are charmed, ensure either the Protagonist or Yukari is cured first to give additional turns to heal or keep un-charming other party members. This bossalso has an attack that can confuse characters, and Patra also takes care of any confusion.
Not dealing with Charm quickly enough will have your party memberspotentially heal or buff the boss.As Mitsuru and Yukari focus on debuffing and healing, respectively, both of theirTheurgy attacks will charge up and use them when possible. The Protagonist will have to be a bit more versatile, but attempt to switch Personas often to try and earn Theurgy.

As for the fourth party member, have them focus on dealing physical attacks. Even if their magic does a bit more damage, physical attacks at least have a chance of landing a critical hit. This fight can be a marathon due to the delays from all the charming. Take your time and use SP restoration when necessary, and if the boss' attack is always lowered, it won’t be enough of a threat to kill theentire party.
