For example, Rocket Raccoon, one of the most popular characters in the game, is apparently good in all competitive ranks except Platinum.

The player who shared the post implied that players of all ranks think that Rocket Raccoon is good, except the Platinum players, who don’t seem to understand the character’s potential.

There was an increase in the healing of Repair Mode, making it 70 per second from 60 per second. His Team Up ability was also buffed as the cooldown was reduced from 45 to 40 seconds. Rocket Raccoon is undoubtedly the best Strategist hero in the game right now, so it’s really odd that players in some ranks are struggling to play as him.
