It has already been a few months sinceMortal Kombat 1was released back in September, and characters like Omni-Man from theInvincibleseries have already made their debut in the DLC pack that is slowly releasing characters after the game’s initial release.

Omni-Man from Invincible has had a makeover, and it is super!

However, one gamer and modder has taken this DLC character one step further, as they have created a mod that changes Omni-Man’s suit into Superman’s suit. Although the suit looks rather fitting for Omni-Man, it isn’t incredibly defined and looks rather odd when he wears it, but that hasn’t stopped the modder Angel’s Modz from creating an interesting-looking design.

Why Has Angel’s Modz Created a Superman Suit Mod for Invincibles Omni-Man?

For those who may not know, Omni-Man is a character from the comic seriesInvincibleand is also a part of the animated adaptation that has become incredibly popular over the past few years. Upon first glance, Omni-Man looks like a generic superhero right down to the cape; however, he is anything but a hero.

What makes Omni-Man unique is the fact that he is basically a clone of Superman from the DC Universe, but the difference between the two characters is the fact that Omni-Man is more in tune with his dark side and is mostly seen killing heroes rather than working with them.

Gamers are hoping Omni-Man gets a Superman costume for real rather than a mod.

This makes it even more interesting to see Omni-ManwearingSuperman’s familiar super suit that he is known for wearing, and, to a degree, wearing it better as well. The mod in question only changes the suit of Omni-Man rather than his face, so if you have been wanting to see Omni-Man dressed up in Superman’s suit, then this is the perfect opportunity.

Even though this is only a mod inMortal Kombat 1, this shows us what Omni-Man would look like, whether it be in theInvincibleuniverse or the DC universe, if he somehow took on the mantle of Superman instead ofClark Kent.

Could We See This Skin for Invincible’s Omni-Man Become an Official Skin in Mortal Kombat 1?

Since this is only a mod created by Angel’s Modz, it is unlikely to be available forever or for all players to access, as there are some who playMortal Kombat 1on consoles rather than PC and would love to see this sort of crossover in the future.

At the moment, it is highly unlikely that we will see this become an official skin inMortal Kombat 1, but never say never, as Warner Bros. owns the rights to bothMortal Kombatand the DC universe, which means they will already have models of Superman’s suits thanks to theInjusticegames.

It would be strange to seeInvincible’sOmni-Man wearing an official Superman suit in aMortal Kombatgame as he destroys his enemies in a gory fashion while wearing a suit that is synonymous with saving the innocent and protecting the weak.

If this costume did become available withinMortal Kombat 1as an alternate costume, it would be rather popular, as many fans of theInvinciblefranchise would love to see Omni-Man wearing this suit and would love to experienceMortal Kombat 1and its horrifying combat and finishers with a Superman-styled character.
