James Gunn and Peter Safran have no doubt that they’ll have to push their boundaries if they are to harbor any hopes of making the DC Universe a success that can go on to challenge the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After the DC Extended Universe’s dismal run, there is a lot of pressure on this franchise to deliver.

No wonder that they are trying to get everything right. And one step in that direction is getting the cast right. For now, it seems like Iñaki Godoy might be perfect for one role in the new franchise.

A new Teen Titans film is on the horizon

As a part of the overhaul of the DC Extended Universe, James Gunn & Co. has come out with an outlay of movies to enthrall fans. As it turns out, 6 movies are in the pipeline currently, with one of them being the untitled Teen Titans movie. And fans couldn’t be more excited. After all, the animated series has entertained kids for years.

This has led to a lot of hype with respect to the prospect of a return of the Teen Titans to the big screen. But what matters is getting the cast right, as in the current period of superhero fatigue, sustaining success over a period is a difficult task, let alone establishing a new franchise altogether!

Ryan Potter shares his pick for this Teen Titans role

The DC Universe faces an uphill task in establishing a foundation for themselves. And many believed that the overhaul could provide the perfect opportunity for Ian Ousley to realize his long-cherished dream of playing Beast Boy. The actor had voiced his desire to play the role in the aftermath of the success ofAvatar: The Last Airbender.

The noise that Ousley, who played the role of Sokka, could have essayed the role of Beast Boy does not seem to have any truth behind it, as of now. ButTitansstar Ryan Potter has some advice for any director who takes on the mantle of helming the movie. The actor who plays Beast Boy in the OGTitansseries has already picked up his successor, and fans couldn’t agree more with Ryan Potter.

Honestly perfect casting, sad that Ryan potter wouldn’t be playing but heard wanted to play Tim Drake as Robin so hopefully James Gunn could make his dream come true

No offense to Ian Ousley, but I prefer to get behind him instead.

It is still early days to determine what will be the fate of the fan casting. But the hype is real, as the fact is that fans are seemingly all in for seeing him in the role. And if there is already some hype surrounding the cast, it bodes well for James Gunn & Co.
