Nintendo has been too active, looking out for people disrupting the company’s peace by going against its guidelines and causing havoc. One notorious streamer seems to have been on the company’s radar for a while now.
It seems like the company is not just afterPalworldas it has now also sued a streamer for streaming pirated games and emulating Nintendo games on other devices.
After Countless Warnings Nintendo Strike Back
The man who has been sued by Nintendo is accused of streaming pirated games and directing his audience towards emulating Nintendo Switch games, sometimes even before the release of these games.
Nintendo took action against the streamer once it got notice of his notorious activities by sending him cease and desist letters and filing takedown notices. The company managed to shut down his channel, but it still did not stop him. Every time a channel of his was shut down, he used to open up another one on different platforms.

The streamer considered these actions as his fight against capitalism and the rise of video game prices in recent years. He considered himself to be doing a noble deed that would benefit a lot of gamers from all around the world.
