Ada Lovelace is the new leader coming to the game, focusing onScienceandCulture. Alongside Ada is the long-awaited introduction of Great Britain as a civilization playable in the Modern Age.
Their attributes focus on an economic and expansionist playstyle and an emphasis on their impressive navy.
A second new civilization, Carthage, is available to play during the Antiquity Age. Their attributes focus on amilitaristicandeconomicplaystyle.
The Crossroads of the World DLC also brings four new Natural Wonders: Machapuchare, Mount Fuji, Vinicunca, and Vihren.
Fans Aren’t Happy With The Current State of Leader Balancing in Civ 7 Patch 1.1.0
In addition to the release of paid DLC, Firaxis is also introducing free updates toCiv 7, headlined by the Bermuda Triangle Natural Wonder for all players.
They’ve also introduced several balance changes that address Mementos, Leaders, and more.
It’s those changes, or lack thereof, that the community is centered on, most notably when it comes to Napoleon, Emperor, who’s regarded as one of the worst Leaders in the game. His nerf seems minor, no longer allowing him to reject Sanctions for free, but a nerf is still a nerf, especially when you’re not performing at a high level as a Leader.

The only other change for Leaders involves Isabella, which was a bug fix rather than a balance update. Many fans expected Maya to be nerfed as well, but for now, we can still enjoy her free production from unique quarters. Others also called for Harriet Tubman’s “obnoxious war support bonus” to be nerfed.
