The rules of Nerdle are simple, players have a total of six attempts to work out a new equation each day. There are a total of 8 numbers and symbols that must form a calculation that is mathematically correct, so you can’t enter a bunch of numbers/symbols and hope for the best. The answer will always include an “=” too before the answer to the equation.

Once players guess a number/symbol correctly, it will turn green. However, if you guess a correct number/symbol but in the wrong place, it will turn purple to show you that you’re close.
