Helldivers 2is an online multiplayer game developed by Arrowhead Game Studios and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The original game has set the foundation for a sequel that encouraged the game developers to make significant overhauls from gameplay to camera placements and mechanics that appealed to the modern gaming community.

The game developers had a rocky start and did not anticipate the project to be a massive success. The studio struggled to keep up with the insane player count of the PlayStation 5 and PC platform users combined and ran into a new hurdle as players were slowly losing interest.
The New Studio Head Shared His Ideas for Rewards for Accomplishing Helldivers 2 Missions
Arrowhead Game Studiosstruck gold after incorporating the live service structure to theHelldiverssequel and achieved a great milestone for bringing two different communities together. Unfortunately, the game has a long way to go before it can be considered as the perfect online multiplayer experience.
The gaming community is struggling to keep up withthe currentHelldivers 2Major Ordernow that the player count has been dwindling ever since the fiasco caused by the publishers. There has been a shift in leadership within the studio and the new head is reaching out to the players for ideas and suggestions on how to improve the game and their overall experience.

The game developers established a solid relationship with the gaming community and it makes it convenient for both parties to exchange notes.
Some players suggested bringing back theweapons upgrade mechanicthat was introduced in the original game to make use of excess resources and to encourage the gaming community to spend more hours accomplishing missions and grinding for resources with friends.

The Helldivers 2 Community Isn’t Ready to Deal with 1 Truth We All Know Already
Shams Jorjani realized that the players had reached themaximum capacityfor other resources like medals, so he reached out in good faith and asked the players to list down their suggestions on how to properly allocate these rare resources. However, he did not guarantee that these ideas will be implemented in a future update.
The new boss shared his ideas for mission rewards which were inspired by an iconicJames Bondvideo game; however, the studio was not convinced and shot it down.

The New Leader of Arrowhead Game Studios Is Open to Suggestions From the Helldivers 2 Community
Jorjani may be a great businessman, but he does not have the same knowledge and insight to game development as Johan Pilestedt. Jorjani inherited his predecessor’s responsibilities of manning the captain’s seat of the studio and has much to learn about how to please and appeal to the gaming community.
“Not even close”: Helldivers 2’s New CEO May Not be as Good at the Game as the CCO Johan Pilestedt, and Surprisingly That’s a Good Thing
The new boss is not even a gamer, which is not a bad thing. Rather than spending his time playing the game, he could allocate his time to other pressing matters like public relations and future planning.
Jorjani’s attempt to engage with the community is a great display of wisely spending his time, which is an irreplaceable resource. Perhaps the studio will be inspired by the suggestions of the community and will find a way to incorporate them in future patches.

Brainstorming with a community that is invested in the game paired with the skill and open minds of the game developers is a potent mix for a long-lasting relationship and the game’s longevity. Hopefully, this exchange will bear great fruit for the project.
