One of the best launches of the year is, without a doubt,Helldivers 2. The co-op game from Sony and Arrowhead Game Studios has been a tremendous success for PlayStation.
The concurrent players on Steam surpass the accounts of many very popular games. It is not all happiness, but thanks to a very enormous wave of new players wanting to test the game, the server could not handle so many users connected at the same time. Various players had problems entering the game, so the CEO of the studio that made the game dropped a spectacular meme for this situation.
The Helldivers 2 Server Issue Continues to Make Things Difficult for Players
Helldivers 2is an incredible success for Sony and PlayStation Studios. The game from Arrowhead Game Studios has made the co-op PvE experience very fun and entertaining. But it’s not all fun and games;Helldivers 2is such a success that the server’s capacity is not enough for all players to enter the game. In the last couple of days, players have had to wait sometimes hours to enter the game.

Arrowhead Game Studios, as a way to apologize, has offered double XP, and this has also made players want to enter the game, so this was very ironic. So, to put a little humor in this situation, the CEO of Arrowhead,Johan Pilestedt, posted a very original meme in X talking about how the double XP makes more players enter the game with server problems.

Helldivers 2has a massive player count on Steam, so this could happen on PS5. The game is crossplay, so both platforms are suffering from this overcapacity. Today, a new patch will be available to download. This will fix some issues, but there is not a permanent solution yet.
