In a world where start-ups are on the rise,Shark Tankproves to be a great show that helps budding entrepreneurs with funding as well as popularity. In this while some pitches have gone on to become great, successful stories, others have been straight away rejected. With the show, Mark Cuban has also earned great respect for his business knowledge and ideas.

He’s also the richest of all the “Sharks,” and one proposal frustrated him so much that he labeled it as the worst presentation ever. Not only that, but another audacious proposal was for a ‘Fast and Furious’ styled movie, whose asking price was so huge that it left the judges scratching their heads.
Two Proposals That Fell Completely Flat in Shark Tank
Doctors Albert and Richard Amini took center stage in Season 5, Episode 1, ofShark Tankwith their proposal for a smartphone app called Rolodoc. In this app, doctors and physicians would be able to interact directly with patients as well as upload and display their medical records. The brother duo was confident that their app would do well in the business and asked for $50,000 in exchange for a 20% equity.
While the concept was interesting, the judges soon became irritated when the duo wasn’t able to answer even the simplest of questions. Further, they had no marketing strategy in place, as well as no concept on how to make money off the app. This led toMark Cuban‘s frustration, and headdedthat this was definitely the“worst pitch ever”on the show.

Not only Cuban, but Barbara Corcoran and Kevin O’Leary also raised questions about their preparation. This led to the brothers walking out empty-handed from the show and acts as a perfect example of how not to present inShark Tank. While this pitch came under the limelight for all the wrong reasons, another pitch that happened in 2013 took audacity to a whole yet hilarious level.
Donald Trump vs Mark Cuban Net Worth Face-Off: Can the Richest Man on Shark Tank Beat the Rich Legacy of Trump?
Filmmakers James LaVitola and Brian Pitt came on the show with a proposal that was straight out of a Hollywood movie. The duo was making a motorcycle-style movie and asked for $5 million in funding for a 34% share of their project. However, due to an unfinished script and lack of a detailed plan, all of the “Sharks” declined to invest in this project.
What Will Mark Cuban Miss About Shark Tank?
After a successful 15-year stint onShark Tank,Mark Cuban is all set to close this chapter of his life. The businessman appeared for the first time on the show in 2011 as a guest judge for its second season. But fans enjoyed his presence so much that he was made a regular in season three.

Since then, he has continued to play a pivotal role in the show with his amazing business skills and innovative deals. While the 16th season is said to be his last, he will surely miss one element of the show, and it’s definitely not what many expect. He added viaPeople:
[It’s] going to be more about the crew and the staff because most of them have been here for 15 years and it’s family. We all look forward to getting together twice a year for a long time and seeing each other for 12 hours a day.

He said that leaving the entire crew behind would be the hardest part of his exit. And that he won’t“miss the deals.”He further added:
The deals are always out there, but I’ll miss the people and I’ll miss having an impact just from the show itself because we send a message every day that the American dream is alive and well.

The main reason for his departure was that he wanted to focus more on his family. Further, his kids are now teenagers, and he wants to spend more time with them.
