Location & Overview
The Bang Bang Batter Center is located onthe west side of Madlantis, which is introduced in Chapter 2, near the Dunghill bar.
There are two modes: Big Bang Bang, and Endless Bang Bang. In both modes, your goal is toscore the most points with the fewest cannon balls.
Velocities
When playing, an NPC will light a fuse and a cannon will fire at different angles, whichindicates how fast the cannonball will be coming at you.
The higher the cannonball is aimed, the slower the cannonball is going to be. This ranges from very slow, where the ball takes about three seconds before you have to strike, to very fast, where you have to bat at a split second after the cannon fires.
Theblue ring in the middle of your screen is an excellent visual cue,as it shrinks to the circle’s size the closer the ball gets.
Not only that, butthere’s an audio cue.Listen closely to awhooshing sound, and that’s when you should strike.
Special Swing
You also have a single use of theSpecial Swing ability.This abilitystops time when the cannonball is close, making it almost impossible to miss.
The Special Swing ability also destroys every barrel, along with the padlock. However, you can only use it once per match.

Right off the bat, this minigame familiarizes you with the basics of the game:target your shots to where they’ll hit a red barrel so that you can maximize an explosive chain reaction.
Red barrels explode in a 3x3 square, and can set off any other red barrels caught in the explosion.
Here are the tips for each stage:
Intermediate
Very Slow/Slow/Medium/Fast
In this stage, you’ll learn the next basic component of Bang! Bang! Batter. Missile boxes point in one of four directions: up, down, left, or right.
When destroyed,missile boxes wipe out everything in the direction they’re pointing at.These add to your ability to chain explosions even from far away, and can eventrigger multiple missile boxes with one cannonball if positioned just right.
As you learn to find the sweet spot for your cannonballs, attempt to make sure the missile box points to as many barrels as you can; a box pointing left should ideally be at the right-most side, and vice versa.
This level teaches you to place your shots well totrigger chain reactions.Remember that red barrels destroy in a square around them, meaning barrels diagonal from them will still blow up.
Ideally, you only needtwo cannonballs for each stage–one for the barrels, and the other for the padlock. Try finding the sweet spot as you batter up.

Very Slow/Slow/Medium/Fast/Very Fast
This is the culmination of everything you’ve learned in the previous levels of Bang! Bang! Batter.
At this point, you’ll have learned when to hit and where to hit. Keep your wits about you, stay cool, and watch where the cannonball is coming from.
Here are the tips for each stage.
This mode adds two power-up boxes. One replenishes your Special Swing, while the other replenishes one cannonball.
Take everything you’ve learned from the previous levels and play around with Endless.Try prioritizing blowing up the bottom half of the walls,as they can much more easily reveal more barrels.
The more explosions you chain, the more new barrels come your way.
If there are very few paths to chain red barrels, then don’t be afraid to activate your Special Swing, which is essentially a way towipe your board and get a clean slate.
