The game features a fast travel method through the use of safe spots known as Stargazers, basically the bonfires of the world. However, it also has a way for players to fast travel without traveling all the way to a predetermined spot beforehand in the form of the Moonphase Pocket Watch.
Where To Find Moonphase Pocket Watch
If you’ve just started the game, there’s a good chance that you don’t have access to the Moonphase Pocket Watch quite yet. You’ll need to travel all the way to the Hotel in order to obtain this key item.
Once you’vedefeated the first bossand reached the Hotel, lie your way through the front door and talk to Sophia, the mysterious person who’s guided you thus far. She will give you the Moonphase Pocket Watch and will serve as your method ofleveling up in the future.
Talking to NPCs in your downtime is necessary to unlock their story and understand the lore behind their characters.
How To Use Moonphase Pocket Watch
Once you have the Moonphase Pocket Watch, you can use it to travel directly to Hotel Krat or to the most recent Stargazer that you used. After you teleport to Hotel Krat, using the Moonphase Watch to teleport to the most recent Stargazer will only teleport you in front of the Hotel’s Stargazer rather than the previous one you used.
You’ll be vulnerable until you start to disappear - which is a relatively long time - so make sure there are no enemies around who can attack you, canceling the teleport in the process.
