The battle at Egghead Island is coming to its climax with Monkey D. Luffy battling Admiral Kizaru and Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, Roronoa Zoro taking on Rob Lucci, and Vinsmoke Sanji rescuing Dr. Vegapunk. But, among the three World Government representatives, the fans believe that there is an imposter who is an ally to the Straw Hat Pirates.
The character is none other than the Pika Pika no Mi user, Borsalino, popularly known as Kizaru. It has been shown that he bonded with Vegapunk and Bartholomew Kuma in the past. This gave them a solid ground for this fan theory. Moreover, several other incidents prove him to be an ally to the Straw Hats pirates.

While it may seem far stretched at first, the theory has several crucial points that prove he is indeed a secret member of Monkey D. Luffy’s crew.

The first time Kizaru met the Straw Hat pirates was on the Sabaody Archipelago. There was no one to save them from him. Silvers Rayleigh came much later. He had enough time to kill them all, but he did not do that. Later, when Bartholomew Kuma was disbanding them and sending them to different places, Borsalino saw the entire thing but did not chase after them. Using his Pika Pika no Mi, it would take him hardly a few minutes to locate them and kill them.
During the Paramount War, Kizaru always avoided hurting Luffy. There were several moments when Luffy went up against him. But every time, he would come out unscathed. At that time, Kizaru could have easily killed him but refrained from doing it. His Pika Pika no Mi is one of the strongest Devil Fruit, and one proper hit could have done it for Luffy. But the most Borsalino did was to kick him so that he was not hurt badly and could save Portgas D. Ace from the execution.

Kizaru Might Betray The Marines inOne Piece
The fan theory claims that with Kizaru being an ally of Monkey D. Luffy, the Egghead Island arc is the perfect place for him to betray the Marines and side with his ally. There was a moment when he found it difficult to choose sides on the Egghead Island. After knowing Saint Jaygarcia Saturn’s true nature, he might finally reveal his true self. Moreover, he is not a staunch believer in justice like Akainu. His form of justice is ‘unclear.’
Kizaru’s character might be similar to that of Itachi Uchiha in the Naruto franchise. The latter sacrificed his clan for the betterment of his village. In the same way, Borsalino might betray the Marines and join the Straw Hats. Him joining the Straw Hats would make them a fearsome crew, and finding theOne Piecewould be a lot easier.
