There’s a lot of customization options inDragon Ball: Sparking Zero. Bandai Namco cannot simply put them in a single blog post so it says every character has dedicated stats. But there’s a debate over customization, and we should assume that it’ll be the same as the stats.
Fans noticed a minor change that is leading some of them to speculate that those features aren’t a thing in the game. The blog post featured ki aura and a misspelled scouter as“scooter.”But to judge it too quickly might not be the best course of action. Maybe they are still in there.

WhenBandai Namcodropped the beginners guide for the upcoming game,Dragon Ball: Sparking Zerofans were all over it, calling it a peak game already. Now that very beginners guide is in question again as they noticed the recent amends.

A fan shared a couple of images—the original and the amended post—for a side-by-side comparison on social network Reddit. Ability items like ‘Halo, Scooter, and Aura’ are now replaced with ‘speed, strength, and HP’.
As mentioned, they might still be in there, and this fan is hopeful that it might be revealed later.
Adding to this hope, another fan believes that the items weren’t supposed to be revealed yet.
However, things like Halo and Scouter weren’t exactly replaced but shifted to the‘Accessories’section in thebeginner’s guide.
Aura Customization Might Still be a Thing in Sparking Zero
Budokai Tenkaichi 3had a lot of customization options for aura charges, specifically for the color. When equipped, the players can see the color of aura they have chosen for the character. It is unlikely that the feature will be abandoned.
It also featured a few special kinds of auras called ‘Ultimate’ where the charge will appear like a Super Saiyan. Ultimate 4 would give them an extra ki bar alongside a Super Saiyan 4-like charge.

As for scouter, it wasn’t one of the things featured in the list of items. Though characters like Bardock, Fasha, Raditz, and more had a scouter. Vegeta had a dedicated version that wore scouter apart from his other forms.
Speculations about the game will keep coming until October 2024, when theSpike Chunsoftgame will finally hit the stores. Maybe the developers will take care of a few aspects that fans have highlighted recently.
