One of the biggest reveals at last December’s The Game Awards was the announcement of Naughty Dog’s latest project, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, which was a big departure from the studio’s past works that were more grounded.

However, a new rumor has surfaced stating that Intergalactic’s inspiration comes from an unlikely source, and one that’s significantly different from the studio’s past games.
