Rockstar Games’GTA 6is no stranger to getting its details leaked, regardless of whether it was during the time leading up to the first anticipated trailer or after it. One would think that the fanbase would relax for a little while longer after the developer dropped the record-breaking footage, but the upcomingGrand Theft Autois unable to avoid even bigger leaks, and this time around, there is a lot more to unpack.
One of the biggest takeaways from the latestGTA 6leak is related to its single-player content, which used to be the staple of the franchise untilGrand Theft Auto 5got itsOnlinemultiplayer mode.
Rockstar Games Does Not Seem to Be Planning Any Single-Player Expansions for GTA 6 Yet
A user took to the game’s subreddit andsharedplenty of leaked information about different aspects of the upcomingGTA 6. According to the Reddit user, the details were supposedly revealed by a developer from PlayStation, but they should still be taken with a grain of salt because there is no official confirmation for any of these points.
The leak covers various elements, including some new features being potentially introduced inGTA 6, such as “vehicle discovery and Eagle Eye system,” while also revealing that the sixth mainlineGrand Theft Autois set to have more mini-games than ever before.
GTA 6’s Mini-Games Reportedly Biggest They’ve Ever Been
One potential detail aboutGTA 6stands out the most, though, as the post stated that “there are currently no plans for future single-player expansions,” which may be a cause for worry for OGGrand Theft Autofans.GTA Onlineis cool and all, but the series has mostly focused on single-player content since its inception, so an increase in multiplayer aspects could throw some players off.
SinceGTA 6is scheduled to be released sometime next year in 2025, if the latest leaks are true and Rockstar Games is still not thinking much about expanding the single-player elements, it could take years for more single-player content to be released, if there even is any in the first place.
Some Other Details Revealed in the Latest GTA 6 Leaks
Aside from the apparent lack of single-player content in the future, the latestGTA 6leaks mentioned other elements of the upcoming game as well. According to the leak, Rockstar Games will start its much-awaited title with “another robbery mission,” similar to howGTA 5kicked off more than a decade ago.

Players will also supposedly have the option to surrender to the police if things get a little too heated up and out of hand.
GTA 6will also apparently include “dual-wielding weapons,” while also taking the “Eagle Eye feature” out ofRed Dead Redemption 2‘s book.
