The gamewas released in September 2023 and the story of the game is adapted from Carlo Collodi’sThe Adventures of Pinocchioand presented in the form of a dark and mysterious tale of survival in the fictional city of Krat. The story follows Pinocchio across the city of Krat and as he takes on evil Puppets.
There have been some who did not like a narrative and gameplay at some points of the game but the majority have only praised it. The stunning visuals and beautiful sound design and the perfect use of Soulslike elements make it one of the best Soulslike titles.
Lies of P Has Much More Coming Fans’ Way
The developers have already said that the game will be getting a DLC as well as a sequel. The DLC is scheduled to release in the second half of 2024 but is still without an exact launch date. The DLC is expected to bring characters fromThe Wizard of Ozto the game but nothing can be confirmed as of now.
