Avatar: The Last Airbender, in a span of 61 episodes, has introduced an array of characters who have created an image within the minds of fans. While most of these characters are loved byAvatarfans, there are some who have a negative impact on the series and the fans, making them hate such characters.
These characters are generally annoying and are more focused on the antagonistic aspects of the story. In a Reddit post, fans were asked about which characters fromAvatar: The Last Airbenderwere, in their opinion, the most hated. While fans came up with a big list of characters, five of these characters featured the most on the list.
When Jet was initially introduced in the story, fans developed a sense of sympathy for him because his parents were killed by the fire kingdom. It was revealed in the story that he decided to take revenge against the nation, and he even formed a small group of freedom fighters with whom he trained and lived near the Gaipan village.

4Admiral Zhao
Admiral Zhao is one such character that fans have hated from the beginning. He was the main antagonist in the first season because of his attack on the Northern Water Tribe. Zhao was cruel and arrogant, and he was hellbent on catching Aang so that he could earn the respect of Fire Lord Ozai and become famous all over the world.
And to attain this, he went to extreme lengths. He even tried to kill Prince Zuko. But the thing thatAvatarfans hated the most about Zhao was that he killed the Moon Spirit at the Spirit Oasis.

3Circus Trainer
Appa is one of the most loved creatures shown inAvatar: The Last Airbender. However, he was kidnapped by sand benders and sold to the Fire Nation Circus, which is where fans first came across the Circus Trainer. The circus trainer had a reputation for controlling exotic animals and preparing them for the circus using cruel methods.
When he got hold of Appa, the Circus Trainer decided to starve him and use violence against him to train him. Although the Circus Trainer was already a hated character, his act of torturing Appa took the hatred ofAvatarfans to another level.
2Fire Lord Ozai
Fire Lord Ozai was the ruler of the Fire Nation and the main antagonist of the series. Ozai planned to become the Phoenix King and rule over the entire world. He was one of the most feared characters inAvatar: The Last Airbender,and being the main villain, fans developed a lot of hate for him.
While some fans hated him for his cruelty toward other nations, others hated him for the way he treated his own son, Zuko.

His cravings for more power made him not only kidnap Appa but even use it to his advantage.
