Rosine is an apostle and is a major antagonist in the Conviction Arc ofBerserk.She dwelled in the Misty Valley and terrorized the nearby villages, in which her followers ate the people and their livestock. She also captured the children and transformed them into elves.

Her actions reflected her twisted sense of reality as she thought she was sparing the children from suffering. In fact, she was possessive towards Jill and did not want anyone to hurt her, and the only way to protect her, according to Rosine, was to turn her into a pseudo-apostle.
#4 Gambino
Gambino was the leader of a mercenary band, but despite his physical prowess and leadership skills, he was a man beyond redemption. Gambino had to adopt Guts, but hedid not treat the child well and abused him. He trained Guts but also made sure that the boy was treated brutally during training.
Later, Gambino also prostituted Guts to Donovan. Guts was forced beyond his will and later found out that Gambino did it just for some chump change. The man blamed Guts for every downfall of his and even tried to kill him.

Donovan is the man who violated a nine-year-old Guts in exchange for three silver coins. He was a ruthless mercenary and often killed enemies who tried to flee the battlefield. He never showed any remorse for his actions.

Due to Donovan’s aggressive sexual assault at such a young age, Guts was left with a fear of intimacy.His internal conflict grew with himand often triggered flashbacks.
Wyald is one of the worst apostles and was a leader of an army that consisted of convicted murderers, rapists, and other heinous crimes. He also mistreats his own crew by recklessly charging them into battle just for fun. When they lost their morale, Wyald decided to massacre them.
He is known to haveno sense of morality or empathyand is extremely sadistic in his actions. His uncontrolled lust makes him violate women, mutilate them, and also burn their children alive. He also stripped Casca and Griffith naked in front of their own crew, just for fun.

Griffith has never been a goody-two-shoes, but his real descent into craziness began when Guts left the Band of Hawks. Immediately afterward, he forced Charlotte into non-consensual intimacy, and after a year of torture, he came out more twisted than ever.
