The Marvel Cinematic Universe was quite streamlined until Phase 3 (or more specifically untilAvengers: Endgame). Kevin Feige had kept it all aligned as there were not too many branches (or universes), just one unified goal of preparing for Thanos.

AfterAvengers: Endgame,Kevin Feige’s MCU became a wide array of branches, characters, sub-plots, alternate realities, and more. To put the cherry on top, they also merged the X-Men from Foxverse to the MCU withDeadpool & Wolverine.
The Multiverse is Quite Chaotic
It all started back in 2008 when veteran actor Robert Downey Jr. had a renaissance as Tony Stark aka Iron Man inIron Man. With the success of the film, films likeCaptain America: The First AvengerandThorwere greenlit. They were, however, loosely connected to each other.
In 2012, the world sawThe Avengerswhere every character teamed up against the common threat of Loki. Cinemas have not been the same ever since. The Marvel Cinematic Universe had given closure with Phase One and was on its way to Phase 2 of the plan.

WithAvengers: Endgame, the Marvel Cinematic Universe heralded the end of Phase Three. However, this gave birth to the Multiverse with several complicated shows likeWandaVisionandLokigiving more spice to the theory. From the inclusion of the TVA to characters jumping from one universe to the next, the MCU became quite chaotic for the world.

To make things more complicated, Kevin Feige brought out Ryan Reynolds’ and Hugh Jackman’sDeadpool & Wolverine(which also included the TVA). The film was a portal for the X-Men from Foxverse to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Although worlds collided, chaos ensued, and fans enjoyed, there might be one particular scapegoaton whom the Marvel President can blame it all.
Kevin Feige Has The Perfect Scapegoat For The Xen Timeline
Introduced in the 2021 showLoki, the Time Variance Authority is this big larger-than-universe organization that keeps track of time. Well, inDeadpool & Wolverine, the character of Mr. Paradox was introduced as the antagonist.
Wanting to speed up the process of destroying Earth-10005 with a Time Ripper machine, Mr. Paradox doesn’t really care about the order of things. Well, since his character is all about speeding up the destruction of Earth-10005 (where Foxverse takes place, by the way),Kevin Feigemay have found his perfect scapegoat.

Although the MCU is chaotic at this point, the Foxverse had been more chaotic with prequels, reboots, sequels, and spin-offs in random places and order. Fans took to Reddit to talk about how everything can be blamed on Mr. Paradox after the merger with the MCU.
Well, it is quite a good way to make sense of the disarray of the Foxverse and how these X-Men films had been released in random order with a random timeline. However, the merger with MCU might make these things more complicated than before.
