The officialGenshin Impactaccount hasunveiled new detailsabout an upcoming weapon and two artifact sets coming in the3.6 version update “A Parade of Providence”. These highly anticipated additions to the game are named Jadefall’s Splendor catalyst weapon, Vourukasha’s Glow artifact set, and Nymph’s Dream artifact set respectively.Jadefall’s Splendor, a catalyst weapon, will give a character the ability to recover 4.5 Energy for 3 seconds after using an elemental burst or shield creation (estimated at equipment level 90). It also provides a 0.3% elemental damage bonus to the corresponding elemental type for every 1,000 max HP the character has.RELATED:Genshin Impact: Character Tier List (Version 3.5)Because its effect is tied to a character’s maximum HP, Jadefall’s Splendor is ideal for use by the upcoming Catalyst character Baizhu, whose offensive and healing abilities depend on his maximum HP (his effectshave been leakedbut are not officially confirmed yet, except for Seamless Shield).
As for the artifacts, the first set, Vourukasha’s Glow, gives you an HP +20% bonus if you equip two pieces from the full set. Equipping 4 pieces or the entire set gives a 10% DMG increase to your Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst abilities, and even after the character takes damage, the effect can increase by 80% for five seconds (the effect can be stacked five times with independent durations).
Several fans have interpreted this artifact set and its accompanying abilities as miHoyo’s response to the community’s ongoing request tofix Dehya’s underpowered stats(Dehya’s ability to absorb damage made the connection to Vourukasha’s ability to give a character bonus when taking damage a very obvious one). The fans are still not satisfied with this half-hearted response to their request, judging by the Twitter reactions.
The other artifact set, Nymph’s Dream, is more geared toward Hydro characters. Equipping two pieces will give you a +15% Hydro DMG bonus, while four or more pieces will trigger a stackable ability called Mirrored Nymph after delivering any type of attack. Depending on the number of stacks, the character’s ATK increases by 7%, 16%, or 25%. Hydro DMG will also increase by 4%, 9%, and 15%. The stacks exist independently, and both artifacts can be obtained from the Molten Iron Fortress, the new domain in the Sumeru region.
