If you’re looking for a new screensaver or desktop background, you have plenty of options in the game. However, if you want the most picturesque, fantastical settings, this list will show you Genshin’s ten most photo-worthy venues to get that perfect picture.
10Windrise
You’re probably very familiar with the first location on this list. As a key area in the story and one of Mondstadt’s primary landmarks, Windrise is one of the prettiest and most peaceful places in Genshin. Surrounded by a great plain, an ancient tree stands where the hero Vanessa was said to have ascended to Celestia.
As you travel across the nations of Teyvat, there will be even larger and older trees that overshadow the one at Windrise. However, you’ll remember this one as the first.

9Huaguang Stone Forest
Liyue is a nation of stone and contracts, so it should be no surprise that one of its most beautiful places is high in the mountains. Above the sea of clouds, giant pillars of stone rise as platforms, and with enough time and effort, you can climb to one of the peaks and watch the sunset.
There’s no other place where you can be both in the sky and firmly on the ground at the same time. The view there is definitely worth the trouble of climbing a mountain.

8Starsnatch Cliff
Canonically one of Mondstadt’s most popular date spots, you’ll have a hard time finding a better view of the game’s first region. This grassy mountain littered with Cecilia flowers is also where you meet Dvalin withVenti, Jean, and Diluc during the prologue.
While the place itself isn’t that exciting, you’re really there for some sightseeing and stargazing. The view at Starsnatch Cliff truly shows the essence of freedom with the city below and the endless horizon before you.

7Liyue Harbor
Do you remember the first time you walked into Liyue Harbor? There’s something about walking down the street at night with all the lanterns lit up that makes the city really feel alive. From Yujing Terrace to the docks, you’ll find city’s NPCs hustling and bustling like they’re actually make deals.

If you’ve been playing long enough, you’ll remember the way Liyue looks during Lantern Rite and how bright the city becomes for the festivities. The dozens of lanterns in the sky make Liyue even more magical.
6Chinju Forest
Inazuma is home to many yokai and spirits, and in the Chinju Forest live the bake-danuki, shape-shifting, racoon-like creatures that like to play games. As you pass through the torii gates, the sky darkens behind the trees, and you are greeted by bake-danuki statues.
No matter what time of day, the forest is saturated in blue as if you’ve stepped into another world. The flowers that grow there shine in the dark, making the forest as beautiful as it is haunting.

5Pardis Dhyai
Sumeru is the largest region so far, and in it many wondrous places exist. Many are natural phenomenon, but just as many are manmade. The Pardis Dhyai is an extension of the Akademiya, existing as a place for members of the Amurta Darshan to conduct research.
Amurta scholors study biology, ecology, and medicine, which is reflected in the Pardis Dhyai. The building is surrounded by a lush garden, and inside there is a greenhouse to grow herbs and plants.

4Tree Of Dreams
The Aranara are by far some of the cutest creatures in Genshin Impact, and hidden in their village is the Tree of Dreams, which actually looks like a giant onion. While you play the game, you grow the Tree of Dreams by giving it Dendro Sigils, slowly changing as you meet checkpoints.

Once you’ve fully grown, the magical root vegetable will no longer be green. Instead, it will shine like the Milky Way. In the little cavern, with crystal flies fluttering in the air, it’s an amazing sight to see.
3Grand Narukami Shrine
As one of Inazuma’s most famous landmarks, you’ve probably visited the Grand Narukami Shrine more than a few times. After all, it’s the only place with a giant Sakura tree in the shape of a fox. Though the area is small, the manyshrine gatesand the ever-falling flower petals give a calm atmosphere perfecting sitting idle.
What makes it more beautiful is the story behind the Sacred Sakura. After completing Raiden Shogun’s second story quest, you’ll have a greater appreciation for this location.
2Vourukasha Oasis
Deep in the desert is an oasis. In it live the Pari, spirits tasked with fighting corruption, and in the center is a great tree born from the remains of the Lord of Amrita, the former Hydro Archon. Here the clear, blue water continues to glow even at night.

If you’ve completed Sorush’s world quest, you’ll be able to see giant, ethereal tree roots rising from the ground and spiritual tree branches spreading in the sky.
1The Orchard of Pairidaeza
This place is perhaps the most melancholy on the list; however, its beauty cannot be understated. Also known as the Eternal Oasis, this is the final resting place of the Goddess of Flowers. King Deshret created this place in honor of his long-time friend, freezing a beautiful sunset in time.
Walking around this place is an amazing and mystical experience. The overwhelming awe you feel is only balanced by the eerieness of a place that is completely still. To find this place, you must finish theDirge of Bilqisquest line, but it’s definitely worth it.
