Fortnite’s ongoing season is inching closer to its conclusion, and the developers are coming up with some interesting challenges every week.

This week we have a balanced number of challenges, sitting midway between the lows and highs we have seen over the weeks. As far as the difficulty of the challenge goes, it is slightly more challenging than what we have seen in the past. While some of them are quite lengthy, the others are tricky and can pose some trouble for players. Here is how to complete the dueling challenge for this week.

Fortnite: How To Challenge A Character To A Duel And Defeat Them

The dueling feature is something that has existed in the game for quite a while now, but not many are aware of it or have used it as often. As a result, this challenge is something players are not able to complete easily. However, as confusing as it might look, the entire challenge isn’t that difficult once you know what to do.

The only tricky part when it comes to this challenge is the timing. There are three NPCs that are available for dueling in Fortnite, and if someone challenges them to a duel first and takes them down, you will not be able to play against them again. So you need to ensure that you are able to get to them first, as many players would be going after these NPCs to complete their tasks.

Next up, we have the locations of the NPCs. The first NPC Mancake, can be found near Rocky Reels. As one might have guessed from the name, the NPC is a cake in the form of a man, but don’t let his sweet appearance fool you as he is quite a strong opponent in a duel. The second NPC is Sabina, which can be found in the northernmost part of the map, pretty much towards the end of the island. She resides in a villa known as Shell or High Water. Lastly, Panther can be found towards the southwest part of Sanctuary, right near Shuffled Shrines.
