Fortniteplayers will soon be able to hang out with friends and join multiple melodic festivities on Coachella Island, a new environment that will be added to the game this weekend. But if that wasn’t enough, players can also complete mini-games, quests, and challenges to earn special rewards, such as sprays, emoticons, and outfits.
Following on from its collaborations with Attack on Titan and Resident Evil, Fortnite is gearing up to entertain players with a new event, which will be available from April 14 at 3 PM ET to April 28 at 12 PM ET. The ever-popular battle royale has revealed the return of The Coachella Music and Arts Festival, during which players will enjoy a variety of songs by Porter Robinson while collecting rewards across Coachella Island. This new colorful environment includes team vs. team minigames, challenges, and quests that will test players' parkour skills.

To celebrate the return of the Coachella Festival, there will be an update to event quests from weekend one to weekend two. They will offer special XP and cosmetic items with the completion of limited-time minigames. Hi-Fi Cacti Spray, a new lobby track, Cact-eye emoticon, and Coachella Sunset Spray will be earnable from either the first or second set of quests. All Coachella quests will be available to complete during the duration of the event.
In addition, players can earn a special Coachella Island loading screen by completing an in-game task from the Fortnite x Coachella website. This new challenge is now live and will remain available until April 23 at 11:59 PM ET. Players must follow three steps to participate in the challenge:

The two event-themed cosmetics, Sunset Alto and Desert Dawn Lyric will be added to the item shop on April 13 at 8 PM ET. Sunset Alto comes with matching accessories like Sunset Swirl Back Bling, Crystalline Cactus Pickaxe, and Aurora Visualizer. Desert Dawn Lyric, on the other hand, manifests the event’s desert skies and palm tree vibes with Electropalm Staff Pickaxe, Airflow Vibes Back Bling, and Aurora Visualizer.
