There’s nothing better than a memorable playthrough ofFallout 4. No matter how extensive and time-consuming it may be, everything feels worthwhile when those sacred credits appear. However, achieving a 100% run in Fallout 4 is challenging. With such an open world, so much is available to explore and collect. Searching high and low, you’ll unlikely find nearly everything on your first run — unless you know all the ins and outs of the game.

Being knowledgeable about Fallout 4 is worth the effort, especially when it comes to finding the rarest items in the game. Most of these items can hide in plain sight, letting us pass by some valuable loot without ever knowing it was there. And, because of how unique these items are, it’s no wonder fans go the distance to find them.
10Synthetic Gorilla Meat
Appearing the same as brahmin meat when on the floor, Synthetic Gorilla Meat is a far different kind of food. Showcased as a piece of the thigh from the gorillas residing in the Institute, eating the meat rewards you with 30 points of HP.
you may only get Synthetic Gorilla Meat after killing the two synthetic gorillas in the BioScience division of the Institute, and it is a bit difficult to find the gorillas. If you’d prefer a different route, you can also use the Wasteland Workshop DLC to create cages to catch the gorillas.

9The Shishkebab
The Commonwealth version of the Shishkebab sword is compact compared to those in the Capital and Mojave wastelands. When held in your hand, the sword ignites with blueish flames from the nozzles on the blade.
When you start swinging the sword, the fire burns hotter and has far more devastating blows. It’s ultimately considered to be the strongest sword in Fallout 4. The Shishkebab is carried by Slag, and you’ll retrieve it as an objective in the quest Out of the Fire. Another one of them can be obtained after killinga legendary enemy.

8The Problem Solver
This colorful weapon is more than a fun-looking object to carry around. Found in the Nuka-World DLC, The Problem Solver is a quirky handmade rifle. It has a Furious legendary effect, causing increasing damage in each round shot.

The Problem Solver is quite heavy, so if you’re looking to use it as a main weapon, you’ll have to travel light. The rifle is rewarded to you after passing both a Charisma check with Mason and using the right dialogue in your conversation with him. However, if you don’t pass these requirements, you’ll lose your chance to get the weapon.
7Perfectly Preserved Pie
The Perfectly Preserved Pie is a legend to fans who search for rare items in Fallout 4. Lacking any sense of radiation, this item completely stands out. Not to mention how after nearly 200 years, this pie barely shows any signs of deterioration.
Finding the location for this item isn’t hard, but the chances of getting it are slim. Dispensed from the Port-A-Diner, the probability of the pie coming out is a low percentage. Even if you have a Luck of 10, this perfectly preserved pie can still be utterly out of reach.

62076 World Series Baseball Bat
The opportunity to send enemies flying with this unique bat is an enjoyable privilege. The sounds of a crowd cheering echoes around you when you pummel enemies. Like the regular baseball bat, the World Series version is a slow-swinging weapon.
The bat has special mechanics, with a modifier not seen on other weapons. It has a slight chance of resulting in an instant kill, but only with the swing effect activated. Enemies can die in a manner similar to theBloody Mess perk. Encased in the display next to the Treasures exhibit, you’ll spot this item in the Jamaica Plain Town Hall basement.

5Wooden Toy Soldier
In the game itself, this toy is misspelled as “Wooden Solider Toy”. Getting your hands on the Wooden Soldier Toy requires you to go to one person: MacCready. This tiny, wooden carving resembles a soldier, his gun at rest. Strangely though, the game lists the materials as ceramic rather than wood. Because of this, fans wonder what exactly is up with this toy.
After his affinity has been maxed out, MacCready gifts it to you to pay his debts. This cute and small toy is sadly just a junk item, but it’s still fun to collect at the end of the day.

4Happy Birthday Sweet Roll
Having an incredibly murky color, the Happy Birthday Sweet Roll is unique due to its birthday candles. Eating it restores 20 Hit Points but will also increase your Radiation by 4. It’s speculated that this dessert is a reference to the sweet roll given to the Lone Wanderer inFallout 3.

The Happy Birthday Sweet Roll was originally baked to celebrate a birthday party shortly after the Great War. Nearly aged for 200 years, this sweet food is somehow edible. You can find it in the Reeb Marina warehouse, sitting on the table in the backroom.
3The Psychotats
Psychotats are a mixture of Psycho and Mentats. Consuming it raises your damage output on top of increasing damage resistance and perception. This chem is obscure because its recipe is nonexistent, making you unable to craft it.
In-game, Psychotats are described to give you a 15% Damage Resist increase. However, it only gives you a flat 15 point increase. Regardless, Psychotats are a chem worth seeking out. You can find one in the small raider bunker nearby relay tower 0BB-915. It may also rarely be sold by chem vendors or general goods vendors.
2Wedding Rings
A Wedding Ring is the last thing we want to see after getting past the beginning. Reminding us of our spouse, it’s the only ring that can be acquired. There are only four that exist in the entire game. The first two are yours and your spouse’s.
The last two are on the rarer side. Available at the Nuka-Cola bottling plant, the Wedding Rings can be found on the roof of the World of Refreshment. They’re on the hands of the skeletons behind the blue dome. Incredible as it would be for these rings to have an effect, it’s solely a pure reminder.
1Leopard Print Bandana
This stylish bandana’s rarity lies in how some fans don’t know about its existence. Since it’s a random spawn item, there isn’t a set location for where you can find it. However, finding the Leopard Print Bandana isn’t impossible if you’re familiar with the appearanceof wandering NPCs.
If you encounter more and more settlers, scavengers, or dogs, the chances of obtaining it are higher. Besides heightening your fashion sense, the Leopard Print Bandana is only cosmetic. Because it’s so uncommon, you’ll be proud of yourself for working hard to find this obscure bandana.
