Emily Blunt surely made headlines after confirming her role inSteven Spielberg’supcoming film, but she refused to give any details about it in an interview withDeadline, and only said,“ I am doing Steven Spielberg’s next movie which we start in February, and that’s all I can tell you, that’s it.”
Now that’s little to no information for fans of Spielberg or Blunt who would like to know more about the project. However, the actress did talk about how she felt about working with the legendary director.
It’s a no-slouch of a director. I was so awestruck to even get the call and then in the meeting he goes, would you like to know why you’re here, and I was like, yes, please, because I was trying not to dork out and just talk to him about endless scenes from Jaws that I’ve been obsessed with for years.
She did not hold back while expressing her adoration for Spielberg but remained tight-lipped about the project altogether. So speculations are running rampant for now, but all that we can do is wait until February when more insider details might come out.

In the same interview,Emily Bluntwas asked if she had any involvement inChristopher Nolan’snext film, and the actress said,“I’m busy with Spielberg. But I am very excited for him to be making another iconic massive incredible film.”
And even though her response might suggest that she isn’t a part of the project, we should remain open to the possibilities because Nolan has been known for casting actors that he’s previously worked with, such as, Cillian Murphy!
