The latest episode of Prime Video’sThe Boyshas put Kimiko in a tough situation, making fans wonder if the character would survive the whole ordeal. Well, Kimiko’s fate is uncertain in the TV show, but here’s how her journey ends in the comic book.
In the fourth episode ofThe Boys, we saw Butcher and the rest of the gang making their way to Russia. Butcher makes a deal with Little Nina and asks Kimiko to be his hired gun and carry out a killing in the country. As expected, Kimiko completes the job, but she convinces Frenchie to leave Butcher after completing this mission. In the midst of all this, Frenchie, Mother’s Milk, and Kimiko also learn that Butcher and Hughie have been taking Compound V.
Anyway, the group reaches the facility to find out the weapon that killedThe Soldier Boy. Well, they don’t see any weapon in the lab; instead, they find the Soldier Boy, who, in fact, was alive all these years. Immediately after coming out of the box, Soldier Boy releases a blast from his chest toward Frenchie, and Kimiko saves her friend by taking on the attack.
Of course, Kimiko has dealt with several deadly attacks before, and she always healed because of her powers. This time, however, Kimiko’s injuries don’t heal, which might be because of some unique powers of the Soldier Boy. At the end of the episode, we see Mother’s Milk and Frenchie trying to save Kimiko, but unfortunately, her injuries are pretty severe.
The episode makes fans wonder if this is the end of the road for Kimiko inThe BoysTV show. Also, the community wants to know if Kimiko dies at the hands of theSoldier BoyinThe Boyscomic book series as well.

Kimiko’s Dark Fate in The Boys Comic
The Boyscomic book series sees Butcher losing every sense of morality, especially during the story’s final phase. After killing Homelander, Butcher decides to kill other Supes by bombing several spots in the country that would target everyone with Compound V in their system. However, Butcher first kills Hughie and Mother’s Milk as the boys are against the whole plan. Frenchie and Kimiko, on the other hand, try to find the bomb in their base, but unfortunately, they both die in the explosion.
So, YES! Kimiko does die inThe Boyscomic, but she isn’t killed by theSoldier Boy. Of course, the TV show doesn’t completely follow the source material, but it’s still too early for the series to kill a crucial character like Kimiko. So, there’s a good chance that the boys will find a way to save her, maybe by giving her some Compound V.
