Moreover, you can expect the arrival of an all-new dungeon to the game, of which much is expected following Lightfall’sRoots of Nightmareraid. For those of you looking to expand and improve your Strand builds, Bungie will add one new Aspect per each class in Season of the Deep.

When it comes to new features, the upcoming season will introduce Exotic Armor Focusing, which was previously available only for Legendary gear and weapons. Going over the environmental upgrades, the game will now host underwater locations, allowing Guardians to explore deep inside the water to complete missions.

Bungie has already revealed the new Season Artifact, NPA Repulsor Regulator, and its perks. According to the developer, Auto-Rifles will be this season’s Anti-Barrier weapons, while Hand Cannons and Glaives will gain an advantage against Unstoppable enemies. For Overload Champions, you will need to either equip a Scout Rifle or Trace Rifle.

Unlike the last season, Sidearms have no place among the weapons used for special enemies. However, they might be highlighted as charged weapons for various activities like Nightfalls throughout the season, so you don’t worry about all the resources you have already spent on your Sidearms in Season of the Defiance.

Aside from the perks above, which will appear in the first column of the Season Artifact so that every player gets to unlock them quickly, there will be other perks based on Void, Arc, and Strand subclasses to enhance your builds.
