Since the BRAVE weapons are RNG and cannot be crafted to get the perfect roll that you want, Bungie has introduced a brand-new system of Weapon Attunement. Weapon Attunement, in a nutshell, allows more drops of a specific weapon of your choice.
There are 12 weapons in the BRAVE arsenal, meaning if you want a specific weapon, there is 1 out of 12 chance that it will drop for you from chests and Onslaught activity completion. Each weapon has 12 weapon perks and getting the perfect combination reduces the probability even more.
Weapon Attunement aims to lower this probability by giving you more drops of the weapon you want. At a time, you may only attune one of the 12 weapons and once you have attuned it, that weapon will drop significantly more for you. Weapon Attunement works through completing Arcite 99-40 weapon quests.

Arcite 99-40 Weapon Quests
Arcite 99-40 is a brand-new vendor in the Hall of Championsbeside Lord Shaxxand he offers bounties as well as a weapon quest associated with each weapon of the BRAVE arsenal, meaning he has a total of 12 weapon quests (out of which only six are available at the release of the update).
Each weapon quest rewards you with a limited-time version of the BRAVE weapon that comes with a curated set of rolls and is also masterworked. It also gives you access to attunement for that specific weapon.

How To Enable Weapon Attunement
After you have completed a weapon quest, one of the side halls in the Hall of Champions will open, you will find a hologram of Lord Shaxx which you can interact with. Doing so give you the prompt “Activate Attunement”.
There are numerous side halls in the Hall of Champions and each side hall corresponds to one of the 12 BRAVE weapons. So, to attune a specific weapon, you will have to find its specific hall first.
If you want to attune some other weapon or deactivate attunement you can simply interact with the attuned hologram again, and it will give you the prompt “Deactivate Attunement.”
Supposing you want to get theperfect roll of The Recluse, to improve your chances, you will pick up The Recluse weapon quest from Arcite 99-40, and complete it. Afterward, you will get access to attunement for The Recluse which you can activate by interacting with the corresponding Lord Shaxx hologram.
