These video games will arrive thanks to a collaboration with the platform known as Airconsole, which allows players to use a common screen and sync their cell phones as controllers for the games. This kind of feature is quite new for the brand.

One of Airconsole’s unique features is that most of its game selection for vehicles is more related to classic party games. This platform offers a variety of indie games, includingGolazo,Whack Attack,Overcooked!, and many others.
Many of these titles are not triple-A like the ones in theTeslacars, but they will still play an important role in passing the time during a long trip or while waiting. The selection of games is thought of as family-friendly.
The Volkswagen vehicles that will have the option to use this platform are the new models of Passat, Tourer, Golf, Tiguan, and Golf Estate.

Many of these models will receive the necessary display update with the games, and the platform will be added by mid-September for some models and by early 2025 for others. These kinds of initiatives are always positive for recreational vehicles, making the ecosystem much more user-friendly.
The fact that none of Airconsole’s games require multiple controls to fully enjoy is one of its most notable features. Many of these indie titles use only one or two buttons to allow for group play and a good time.
In the future, the brand decides to add more complex games to the various displays of its newer models. This kind of concept in the cars is being added more often to make the vehicle more comfortable than ever, especially for the families.
