The actor opened the scene with the line, “Whenever I’m in Philly, you know the deli across the street? That’s my first stop. My dad used to always take me there. They have the best hoagies in the city.”
The following scenes were where the funny chaos began. The cast members were trying to name the movie he was in, even mentioning if he was inOppenheimer, while the kids wanted to know if he was in theSpider-Manmovie.

ABC confirmed viaVarietythat they have submitted Cooper’s guest scene for the Emmy Awards. The Television Academy has previously made amendments to the rules.
“A brief cameo appearance is not eligible for entry. The minimum stand-alone and contiguous screen time (performer has an ongoing engagement in the scene, on or off camera) for eligibility is 5% of the total running time of the submitted episode.”

The tweaked rule was to ensure that the cameo appearance had a significant relevance to the show. The episode ran for 20 minutes and 31 seconds, and Cooper appeared on it for one minute and 56 seconds. He only had to appear for 61.5 seconds to be eligible, and he passed the required duration.

If Cooper manages to get into the Emmys game, he would be competing with other performers who have done incredible cameos this year, and hopefully, he’d get his much-awaited win.
