But that’s not all! Some behind-the-scenes drama is also brewing on this live-action set, and from a broader perspective, they are simply epic! Surprising everyone, Caped Crusader himself, Batman, was found on the set, where he was seen fighting the notorious Buggy the Clown. It was no ordinary fight; but a spectacular special power system showdown between the two!

Buggy Defeats Batman in a Tickle Battle!

It was far from any conventional superhero fight. Without any explosive punches and kicks, it was a comedic tickle battle that made onlookers laugh hard. This is unlikely to be seen in real fights, as it portrayed the playful and lighter side of the actors. Clearly, the cast and crew were having great fun, and this on-the-spot skirmish fueled the excitement building around the new season.

However, as for the conclusion of the fight, it seemed Buggy had won the battle as Batman finally threw in the towel. Of course, this was an actor’s play, but it’s fun to draw the connections between the two franchises.

Will the chops of the Chop-Chop Fruit really give Buggy an upper hand over Batman’s martial arts skills in a real canonical battle? Maybe even the tactical superiority of Batman would not be able to counter Buggy pirate instincts. Even though it’s 100% fictional, just this unexpected encounter can easily bring out some creativity to give an impression about just how great crossover stories can be between the world ofOne Pieceand that of DC Comics.

Iñaki Godoy Surely Matches Luffy’s Vibe Even in Real-Life

Netflix’sOne Piece Live-Actionseries undoubtedly features an excellent cast, particularly the role ofMonkey D. Luffy as embodied by Iñaki Godoy. He managed to give an authentic flavor that breathed into the live-action series. Adapting to the style in manga and anime surely was a great challenge, but his childlike charm and energy were all that Netflix was looking for. His comedic timing and expression, especially with lines like rapid-fire pronunciations ofMonkey D. Luffy, showed how seriously he takes the role.

No wonderIñaki Godoy’son-screen charm is carried over to his real life. He is apparently just as lovely to have on set as his character appears to be on screen. Even in real life, this Mexican actor is always so playful and enthusiastic that even the entire cast and crew can’t help but rejoice in his presence. With Godoy at the helm, fans can expect an authentic and compelling portrayal of the legendary Straw Hat captain, in this upcoming season 2 of the Live-Action.

One Piece Live-ActionSeason 2 will be available to watch onNetflixafter its tentative 2025 release.
